Non-Invasive Haemoglobin Level Estimation

Oct 2025

Data Science & Analytics Competition — 2nd Place

End-to-end computer vision and ML pipeline to estimate haemoglobin levels from smartphone-captured lip images. Engineered 28 interpretable colour, quality, and statistical features using OpenCV/NumPy, applied data augmentation and cross-domain fusion with conjunctiva data, and trained a Random Forest regressor.

LAWGIC — RAG-Based Legal Analysis System

Legal Tech Hackathon

End-to-end legal analysis system for Singapore's PDPA using a multi-stage RAG pipeline combining Legal-BERT for legal term extraction, semantic similarity retrieval, and Gemini LLM for structured legal reasoning. Implemented a four-layer context validation framework and dynamic model-fallback strategy for quota-resilient analysis.

Aspect-Based Sentiment Analysis on Mental Health Data

Dec 2024 – Mar 2025

Fine-tuned BERT with multitask learning to extract aspects and classify sentiment from Reddit mental health posts. Generated synthetic ABSA training samples via the OpenAI API and evaluated performance using precision, recall, and F1-score.
